In life, you are either on the path towards LEAST resistance or MOST resistance.  BUt how do you know which one you are on?  What does resistance mean?  What does it feel like?  What tools or systems can one utilize to be more on the path towards Least resistance vs Most resistance?

The truth is, the path towards least resistance is the path that allows for you to achieve your TRUE bliss, joy, happiness, achieving your dreams and so much more.  It is that path that truly is IN FLOW and appreciating all of what life has to offer.  

The path towards MOST resistance is the opposite.  This is where all your frustration, anger, jealously, shame, guilt, resentment and so forth exists.  This is the lower end of the spectrum when it comse to those emotions.  

In this episode we will discuss both of these concepts and how you can start to live more on the path towards LEAST resistance so you experience more joy and bliss in your life and truly discover your infinite possibilities!

EP#15 - Why Focus on the Small Things in Life

In life, the small things is what creates the big things to happen.  As you look at legos, it is these small pieces, when put together, over time, create a masterpiece like the London Bridge or in Tel Aviv, Isarel, a lego tower stands 118 feet tall.  Crazy?! But how can you take these concepts and put them into your life?  

Every thing in the physical world has to have time and space to become a reality.  Everything takes time.  It is the small things we do on a consistent basis that creates the big things.  In order for a skyscraper to be built, it takes a lot of little steps over a period of time and space, in order to be achieved.  A new born takes 40 weeks to be born into this world but took 40 weeks to develop and grow, little at a time.  

Everything in nature is all about the small things.

EP#14 - How Your Mind is Programmed

Our minds are conditioned and programmed to response in a specific way.  This 2 million year old program called, "The Brain," is designed to determine patterns and threats and help you survive in this life.  Unfortunately, in an information world we live in, programming your mind happens more than we think.  

When we talk about programming, it is having you think a thought but not really be what you feel or think it is but instead, the influencers to have you think a certain way.

For example, I say Donald Trump, Adolf Hitler, Gandhi, Jesus, etc., and you have a thought and feeling about each individual in your own way.  Now, most of it is conditioned based upon humanities standards.  

What about, "I'll be back."  What movie was that?

Or what about corporations that use music with a saying that will have you remember them.  The best marketers in the world utilize principles like this to get you to want to buy their products.

EP#12 - Perspectives of Life

Why is it when the same event happens to two people, why do they have different stories?  Affect differently?  It is all based upon the perspective of how you are taking in the event. In life, regardless the person, event, circumstance, etc., it is just that.  The meaning you put upon it will be based upon the perspective of where you are standing.  How you are viewing it and focusing on.  If you stay in your perspective, you feel that you are right.  And by all means, you are based upon your perspective. But, what if there were other perspectives?

 

For example, some people believe the world is flat while others believe its round.  Based upon different perspectives, they are both right. If we go into outer space and go a few 1,000 miles away from earth, we can see how it is a globe.  It is a sphere and it is round.  But, what if we took that perspective from 1,000 miles to the moon?  What does the earth look like from the moon?  It can show an appearance of being flat. 

 

Everything in life is perspective and the more you focus on looking at different vantage points, different perspectives and choosing the one that suits you best, now you start to empower your reality.

EP#9 - True Connection To Your Source

Gratitude is one of the most powerful ways you can connect to your Source, your TRUE SELF.  Gratitude is the right attitude to allow you to take your life to the next altitutd - Dr. Vic.

 

Our minds are so prgrammed to look for what is wrong in our life.  Our mind is so programmed to find what is wrong and fix it.  It is a 2 million year old program.  But, it doesn't mean it has to be this way.  It doesn't mean we can't change this program, this conditioning.  Utilizing gratitude in your life on a daily basis is something that will open up the door for more things to be appreciative of.

In this podcast, Dr. Vic explains briefly about the power of what you focus on and how what you focus on creates more of what you seek.  For that the mind dictates and tells the eyes what to look for.  If you focus on negative, that is all the mind will see.  If you focus on things that you appreciate, your mind will only see that.

You must have failures in life in order to truly achieve success.  Michael Jordan stated, "He missed 9,000 shots in his life.  26 times, the last shot to win the game depended on him and he missed."  Everyone who has ever worked their way up the totem pole of success, had many failures along the way.  Thomas Edison had 10,000 failures before figuring out the light bulb.  

Every successful person that we see on TV or hear about, all had their share of failures and continue to do so.  Failures are inevitabe but how you respond to them is what determines your path.
