Dalai Lama stated, "If we teach our children how to meditate, we would end violence within one generation." Powerful statement but there is a lot of truth here. When it comes to meditation, many people think of Buddhist monks who chant and sit for hours at a time.
The truth is, you don't need to meditate for that long. I practice meditation on a daily basis for 10-20 mins a day. Some days I will go longer but this is the average.
