EP#84 - Stop Giving Your Power Away

EP#84 - Stop Giving Your Power Away

March 12, 2019

How we give our power away in so many ways, today I wanted to share one way on how we do this.  I hear this often and it is one thing that, if you can stop giving your power away, you can use that extra power to align and manifest what it is you desire.  It is what allows you to show up as your best every single day.

The issue with giving your power away is like using up energy on things that don't empower you but only take from you.  In the long run, it is not sustainable.  You end up in a place where you feel burned out, tired, exhausted, etc.  I have been there too many times.

Until I learned this simple tool, I kept ending up burned out, overwhelmed and exhausted.

Now, I am at my best about 90+% of the time, each and every day.  Still, have room to grow, but way better off than where I was 5 years, 10 years, even the last couple years of my life.

Tune in for more!

EP#82 - How Not To Be Reactive

EP#82 - How Not To Be Reactive

March 7, 2019

In the world we live in, more and more people are becoming more and more reactive.  We are controlled easier by the concept of, someone can do something and we blow up.  We are not just seeing this with adults, but also in children.

When I was growing up, I remember that if something bad happens to a child, we didn't have to worry about them coming back with a gun or taking out the school.  In today's age, the kids you least expect at times, come back and do things that are unimaginable.

In the adult world, ask yourself, "When someone cuts you off, how do you feel?  Do you get road rage? Do you take things out on the people who love you the most?  Who do you dump your stress on?"

I am not saying that you dump stress on people so please don't take the wording out of context but what most humans do is, we dump our stuff onto someone else.  We dump our stress, our anger, frustration, emotions onto someone else.  And what happens is, the person will do the same until the one person focuses within and ends the cycle with themselves.

In this episode, I dive deep into the concepts from a neurological perspective of why we are seeing this, and what are the TOP 3 things I know someone can do to transform their lives and help them stay in a more adaptive, flexible state.  Tune in for more!

EP#80 - Knowing vs Owning

EP#80 - Knowing vs Owning

February 27, 2019

In the information age that we live in, the common thing I continue to hear is, "I know."  Knowing something vs owning something is entirely two different worlds.  Knowledge is great and there are many 'gurus' out there telling you that knowledge is power and its everything.

I disagree massively.  Here is why.  Wisdom is something that you cannot teach, but can only acquire when you take information and make it yours.  It is when you put your own vibrational frequency or as a friend would tell me, "Here comes some Manzology."

When you take in things, study it, practice it, make it part of your life and your lifestyle, this is when you open up the door to OWNING something rather than just KNOWING it.

Dive into this short episode as I share this concept much more in-depth...  And as always, please share this episode if you found value in it and please share a review with us on iTunes.  It is greatly appreciated!

EP#78 - Trust the Universe

EP#78 - Trust the Universe

February 19, 2019

One of the biggest things humans dislike is uncertainty.  Think about this for a second.  What is the biggest fear humans have besides public speaking?  Death...  Why is death such a scary topic?  Is it due to the uncertainty in the afterlife?

Is it because logically, we cannot understand the concept of what living in a non physical world would mean to us?

I can go on and on but what about the uncertainty of circumstances in our life.  Our business?  Our financials?  Our goals?  Dreams? Ambitions?

What if uncertainty is the arena of where our goals, dreams and the life we desire to experience existed at?  What if we have to step into the unknown to truly grasp what we desire?

In order to size up in life, whether that is in business, financials, family, etc., you have to step into the arena of uncertainty.

In this podcast, I will help give you certainty in the uncertainty with that, the UNIVERSE is always WORKING for you...

Tune in for more and let me know what you think...

EP#74 - Defining Life

EP#74 - Defining Life

February 8, 2019

In life, sometimes, we are unconscious of how we are programming and defining our experience/our reality.  We have not been taught or it has been not shared that what we say, think and do, frames our reality, our experiences of life.  It is the one piece to the massive mosaic of the human being experience.  But, have you been taught that what you define things as, will be?  You have done this before, many times but may not have been aware of it.

In this episode, it is all about creating awareness.  To understand how much of a creator you truly are and how you DEFINE your experiences and reality based upon how you see it as.  Just think about a person who you couldn't stand or dislike.  Why is it you dislike them?  What did you see, experience or notice about them that you focus on the dislike and label them with the word and so forth?  Could you experience anything else outside of that or is that the only characteristic?

For example, if you see someone rude, all you will see is them being rude and your mind will look for every instance that gives you the inkling to show that, you are right, look, they are rude.  Look at how they talk, tone of voice, attitude, etc.  You will find some reason for your justification because you defined that person as rude.

Imagine if you flipped the script and saw them as loving and believed it?  What would you see?  Tune in as I dive deeper into this!

Please, if you like the episode and the podcast, please share a review.  They go a long way!

EP#73 - The Mosaic of Life

EP#73 - The Mosaic of Life

February 1, 2019

In this wonderful episode, Daniel B. Levins and I discuss a variety of topics and we dive deep into his new book, "The Mosaic."  In his new book, we discuss the different people in the mosaic, the deep profound wisdom shared in the book and how wonderfully written it was.  We dive into his personal story. that relates to the book and so much more.  This one has so many life wisdoms shared, be ready with a pen and paper.

Who is Daniel B. Levins?

All of us hide. I do too. If you are observant, you can see it in my picture, my eyes are hidden by the tint of my glasses. Strange for someone who says he is a connectivity expert, no?

No. For you see as different as you might think I am, I am just like you. I laugh when I am happy and hide when I feel pain. And it is because I am like you and feel what you feel, that I am able to understand you and know the obstacles you face, because I have faced them too. It is the fact that we are the same that makes me feel deeply connected to you.

But on the surface we are different. I walked away from an opportunity to run a billion dollar company to hitchhike around the world because what motivated other people did not motivate me. I have dined with the wealthiest of the wealthy and sat on street corners with the poorest of the poor. I was one day away from becoming a Rabbi and I lived as a monk for 10 years. I was the Director of Business Development at Hay House and helped them grow from $3million a year in sales to $100million in revenue through out of the box innovative strategies. I am that rare breed of person whose path is an embrace of business man and mystic forging a road that was at one time mostly uncharted.

But no matter how different our lives seem, when we sit together and listen to each other, I know we will find amazing similarities. As a connectivity expert and business leader I work with those similarities to connect governmental organizations, corporations, and businesses by inviting them to look past the surface differences to find the place of real connection. I am available to speak at workshops, retreats, and corporations with the mission to reconnect the world to that which we hold in common.

I am married to a woman I love deeply. She shows me how to trust in the power of my heart. I am the lucky father of a beautiful special needs daughter who teaches me unconditional love, a fun-loving stepson, a brilliant stepdaughter and a very needy Golden Retriever. We currently live three blocks from the ocean and feel blessed to be alive.

EP#72 - Embrace Changes

EP#72 - Embrace Changes

January 31, 2019

One thing for certain is CHANGE.  Change is a constant law of creation and a law of the Universe.  Your human body is in a constant flux at all times.  Within 3-5 days, you have a new gastrointestinal lining (GI Tract).  Within 1 month, you have new skin.  Within 4 months, you have new blood.  The body is in a constant state of flux just as the Universe is.

Sometimes in life, we don't embrace change well.  Sometimes we don't allow for change to come in and we stay fixed in the world we live in.

In this episode, I talk about the freezing cold temps Chicago has been experiencing and how I embrace change with seasons, life and so much more.  Tune in below!
