EP#26 - How the Darkness Molds You Into the Light

In life, we live in a world of duality.  There are positives and negatives.  Hot and cold.  Light and Darkness. Etc. Etc.  But, why is it that most of us fear the darkness?  Why is it that we rather enjoy a life that is all blissed out and peaceful and do whatever it takes to avoid going into the darkness?  Does this come from proramming at a young age that the darkness is scary?  Where does this come from all together?

In this episode, we will be discussing chapter 6 of my book, "Rediscover Your Greatness," and in this chapter, we dive into the law of duality and how the darkness is your portal, your gateway into the light.  We talk about how the Universe is always working FOR YOU, not against you.  So, when there is darkness in your life or what I love to say, "contrast", it is serving your highest good.  How can you use the darkness to propel you into the light.

I will be sharing multiple stories of how I went into the darkness and faced it head on and was grateful for the lessons it taught me.  I was grateful for who it turned me into being and how it truly served my highest good, even when my mind could not understand or comprehend it.  Tune in for more!

EP#22 - What You Focus On, Creates Your Life

This episode is a summary of chapter 2 of my book, "Rediscover Your Greatness: A Guide to Creating an INSPIRED and FULFILLED Life."  I discuss with you about the power of your focus and how your focus is where your source energy channels from.  As I have said before, "Your Mind tells your eyes what to see."  When you focus on something, you dictate the process for your senses to be on an alert for this.  Focus is what shapes your reality. When you want to change your life, you MUST change your focus or else, it will be the same old experience as usual.  

When it comes to transformation, many people focus on the doing part, but leave out the being part.  To me, when you focus on the doing first, and not the being, you will end up running in circles, never getting to the results you desire.  When you shift focus and focus on your being first, it is then, whatever you end up doing, you will achive your desires.  It is a Universal law.

So, tune in and enjoy a part of my new book as we dive into chapter 2 but also, gain in more insights on how you can transform your life by just changing your focus.

EP#21 - Who Are You Really?

In my new book, "Rediscover Your Greatness," I talk about in the first chapter, breaking down, who you really are?  Who is behind the mask... Who is the person deep within you...  From there, when we strip down all the labels and titles that we think we are (EGO), we start to take a journey into learning the TRUTH of who we truly are.  

Expect to go on a journey to understanding the depths of who you truly are.  It has been a question of the ages and many human beings knew who they truly were but overtime, we have gone on a dark journey losing ourselves and the truth of SELF in this process.

EP#18 - The Ultimate Secret of Sins

When I was growing up, I was always told, I am a sinner and always will be a sinner.  The moment I was born, I was born into this world with original sin and a sinner is what I would alway be.

Talk about being dealt a deck of cards you cannot change.  

As I became older and wiser, I started to challenge these concepts and see if humanity or the religion I was brough up in, missed the mark on something.  What if it is not what we were always told and it was sometheing different.  What would that mean to my life?  Do I have more control?  What if the whole definition of the word, "Sin or Sinner," was changed, would my experience change?  Would the experience of others change?

As I continued to ask the questions, more and more answers came.  In this podcast, I will share with you what truly does SIN mean and what does it mean in your life and how you create sin but doesn't mean, its permanent.  It doesn't mean it will always be there.  It will have a different light put onto things and help inspire you to refocus, course correct and achieve and actualize the life you desire to experience!

EP#17 - Excuses Smackdown

In life, someway shape or form, you have made excuses.  We all have.  It is something that is inevitable.  An excuse can and may always exist, but what do they do to your life?  Your dreams?  Your goals?  Your joy?  Your happiness?  Your bliss?

Excuses are truly a distraction, a momentum killer, of you creating and enjoying an aw-inspired life.  It is the momentum killer of achieing your dreams and goals.  It is a momentum killer of your happiness, joy and bliss.  

When you are not moving in one direction and reinforcing that, you are slowly reinforcing another.  Life is always constantly changing and an excuse, is what truly blocks all the things you desire to be in your reality.

EP#14 - How Your Mind is Programmed

Our minds are conditioned and programmed to response in a specific way.  This 2 million year old program called, "The Brain," is designed to determine patterns and threats and help you survive in this life.  Unfortunately, in an information world we live in, programming your mind happens more than we think.  

When we talk about programming, it is having you think a thought but not really be what you feel or think it is but instead, the influencers to have you think a certain way.

For example, I say Donald Trump, Adolf Hitler, Gandhi, Jesus, etc., and you have a thought and feeling about each individual in your own way.  Now, most of it is conditioned based upon humanities standards.  

What about, "I'll be back."  What movie was that?

Or what about corporations that use music with a saying that will have you remember them.  The best marketers in the world utilize principles like this to get you to want to buy their products.

EP#9 - True Connection To Your Source

Gratitude is one of the most powerful ways you can connect to your Source, your TRUE SELF.  Gratitude is the right attitude to allow you to take your life to the next altitutd - Dr. Vic.

 

Our minds are so prgrammed to look for what is wrong in our life.  Our mind is so programmed to find what is wrong and fix it.  It is a 2 million year old program.  But, it doesn't mean it has to be this way.  It doesn't mean we can't change this program, this conditioning.  Utilizing gratitude in your life on a daily basis is something that will open up the door for more things to be appreciative of.

In this podcast, Dr. Vic explains briefly about the power of what you focus on and how what you focus on creates more of what you seek.  For that the mind dictates and tells the eyes what to look for.  If you focus on negative, that is all the mind will see.  If you focus on things that you appreciate, your mind will only see that.
