EP#26 - How the Darkness Molds You Into the Light

In life, we live in a world of duality.  There are positives and negatives.  Hot and cold.  Light and Darkness. Etc. Etc.  But, why is it that most of us fear the darkness?  Why is it that we rather enjoy a life that is all blissed out and peaceful and do whatever it takes to avoid going into the darkness?  Does this come from proramming at a young age that the darkness is scary?  Where does this come from all together?

In this episode, we will be discussing chapter 6 of my book, "Rediscover Your Greatness," and in this chapter, we dive into the law of duality and how the darkness is your portal, your gateway into the light.  We talk about how the Universe is always working FOR YOU, not against you.  So, when there is darkness in your life or what I love to say, "contrast", it is serving your highest good.  How can you use the darkness to propel you into the light.

I will be sharing multiple stories of how I went into the darkness and faced it head on and was grateful for the lessons it taught me.  I was grateful for who it turned me into being and how it truly served my highest good, even when my mind could not understand or comprehend it.  Tune in for more!

EP#9 - True Connection To Your Source

Gratitude is one of the most powerful ways you can connect to your Source, your TRUE SELF.  Gratitude is the right attitude to allow you to take your life to the next altitutd - Dr. Vic.

 

Our minds are so prgrammed to look for what is wrong in our life.  Our mind is so programmed to find what is wrong and fix it.  It is a 2 million year old program.  But, it doesn't mean it has to be this way.  It doesn't mean we can't change this program, this conditioning.  Utilizing gratitude in your life on a daily basis is something that will open up the door for more things to be appreciative of.

In this podcast, Dr. Vic explains briefly about the power of what you focus on and how what you focus on creates more of what you seek.  For that the mind dictates and tells the eyes what to look for.  If you focus on negative, that is all the mind will see.  If you focus on things that you appreciate, your mind will only see that.
