EP#3 - Do You Find It Hard to Find Time in the Day?

Time is one resource that once it is gone, it can never be restored or gained back.  We only have 24 hours in a day and what we do in those 24 hours, truly dictates our reality.  The term we use often in this current time is, "BUSY."  Someone asks, "How are you doing?"  I am good, just busy.  We use that term so much but are we truly busy?

When we look at the most successful people in the world, I would say, at least for me, they are busier than I am.  They have more tasks and things to get done daily but how do they do it?  What do they focus on?  How do they accomplish so much?  They value the most precious resource they have outside of health which is time.

In this episode, I will lay out for you ways to analyze and create a game plan to have MORE TIME in your day!  Get more done and have more time to do what you desire!  Tune in for more and enjoy the show!

EP#2 - Creating a Connection Through Meditation…

Dalai Lama stated, "If we teach our children how to meditate, we would end violence within one generation."  Powerful statement but there is a lot of truth here.  When it comes to meditation, many people think of Buddhist monks who chant and sit for hours at a time.  

The truth is, you don't need to meditate for that long.  I practice meditation on a daily basis for 10-20 mins a day.  Some days I will go longer but this is the average.

In this episode, I will share with you how long meditation has been used in the history of humanity, the various types of meditations and the powerful benefitst of utilziing meditation on a daily basis in your life.

My goal is for you to create inspiration to meditate on a daily basis!
