EP#68 - How Not To Be Reactive - Part II

January 16, 2019
00:0000:00

In this episode, I share with you Part II of How Not To Be Reactive in life and share concepts to help you show up being, the best version possible.

Everything I share in this episode is all backed by functional neurology.  I share how the brain operates, why we are seeing an increase in more poor behaviors from children, adults, mass shootings, and so much more.

I promise you, this is not an episode that is dark but if anything, gives you reason and empowerment to become aware of what is going on within the brain and how we can alter it to express our more humanistic traits of LOVE, BLISS, JOY, GRATITUDE, APPRECIATION and HELPING OTHERS.

Tune in for more...

EP#66 - Why Are We So Reactive? Part I

January 9, 2019
00:0000:00

In today's society, we have become so reactive rather than proactive that when we see someone being proactive, we think there is something wrong with them.

We have become so fast to getting our quick fix of a dopamine response by looking at all the likes, new content, new books, new information, newest drama, newest scare on the news, etc.  We have been conditioned and programmed to do this that we are blind to seeing our life in this way.

In this part one of two series, I will be sharing a part of the brain that is where our reactiveness comes from.  I will share multiple examples, personal stories and much more to give you a vivid clear picture of what I continue to see in our world and the havoc it is causing on our health, our society and much more.

Tune in and stay tuned as next week, I will be diving into how to rise up to the other part of the brain that I mentioned in this episode.

Today he lives in Tucson, AZ, where he fights a (losing) battle against getting fat from all the great Mexican restaurants. You can find him online at LastingHappiness.net

EP#63 - Be Your #1 Supporter

December 28, 2018
00:0000:00

In life, who is your number one supporter?  Who is the person who supports you through your down times but celebrates with you in your ups?

Many times, we do this for sport athletes, celebrities, gurus, experts, etc.  We focus on them succeeding so much and pour so much of our own source energy, much more than what we do for ourselves.

When I see people who wear someone else's jersey, the question to ask yourself, "Does the person wear your jersey?"  I heard one time before from a speaker that he would never wear another player's jersey until the day he wears his.  And that made so much sense to me and summed up what many people do.  They focus on another person outside themselves but when it coms to supporting their dreams, their visions, their aspirations of life, joy, fun, etc., they don't put so much energy into it.

They don't put enough energy into themselves, their dreams, their marriage, their relationships, their health, their mental status, their spiritual growth, etc.  I see people get more excited about "their" team doing well but when you ask them how life is going, they don't respond the same way.

Remember, you only have so much energy to dump into things.  SUPPORT YOURSELF FIRST!

Tune into the podcast as I share the "HOWs" to support yourself and celebrate yourself FIRST before anyone or anything else.

EP#61 - The Power of Reflections without Judgment

December 18, 2018
00:0000:00

In this episode, I am sharing the power of reflections and how to do them without judgments.  This is a great time to tune into this and talk about it because we are just weeks away from the end of 2018 and the birth of 2019.

Reflections has been an amazing tool that I have used to gauge my growth, my lessons learned, my successes and so much more.  It is a vital tool I use in many different areas of my life.

In the episode, I will share with you how I have used it, what for, what areas of my life and how you can use them in your own.

I will even share what happens to us as a soul, when our life as who we are comes to an end and the life of who we truly care (non-physical) comes back to life, how we go through a life review, what it is about and why it is vital for each soul to go through that process.

I always say, if we do this as a soul, then why not do this while we are human?

Tune in and let us know what you think...
